Terms of use

Last updated: 30 June 2026

By accessing Guardxflow (“the Service”) you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The service

Guardxflow finds invoices in the mailboxes you connect, extracts their data using artificial intelligence and — at your request — syncs them with your accounting software. The AI can be wrong about what it extracts; checking it before any accounting use remains your responsibility.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. You must hold the rights to the documents you process through the Service.

Third-party integrations

The Service relies on third-party services (Google, Microsoft, Intuit QuickBooks, OpenAI, Supabase). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, not to attempt unauthorised access, and not to disrupt how it works.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Guardxflow is not liable for indirect damages, nor for extraction errors: every document must be checked before it is used for accounting.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and ask for your account to be deleted at any time. We may suspend an account in case of abuse.

Changes

We may update these terms; significant changes will be announced in the application or by email.
